Configuration Specialists: To support the Company to provide Electronic Document and Quality Management System services. Responsible for creating, maintaining, and improving the configurations for our customers.
 
Project Manager: Manages internal and external client projects and is accountable for the overall success of the project. Project management responsibilities include the coordination of all the steps and tasks in the project. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor, and summarize progress of the project. Confirms all deliverables fall within the applicable project scope and budgeted timeline.
 
Training and Development: Identify and monitor training needs in the organization, and design, plan and implement training programs, policies, and procedures to fulfill those needs. Leads learning and development Strategy, manages the implementation, and measures its impact.
